    [Why I coach this work]

I’ve been on both sides of the table.

Before coaching full-time, I spent more than 20 years across engineering, business development, finance and government. I’ve been the candidate, the hiring manager, the manager building a team and the executive making decisions. So when we talk about an interview, a promotion, a career change or a leadership problem, I understand the situation from more than one side.

    [What we can work on]

Bring the career question that’s actually in front of you.

You don’t need to know which package you need before we speak. Start with the situation.

    01

    Career direction & decisions

You’re doing well, but the next move is not obvious. We compare the real options, clarify what matters to you, and turn the decision into a plan you can act on.

    02

    Job search & interviews

You have the experience, but it is not coming across strongly enough. We work on how you position your background, answer difficult questions, and show the value you can bring to the role.

    03

    Promotion & first leadership roles

You’re preparing for more responsibility — a promotion, your first team, or a bigger management role. We work on the evidence, conversations and leadership habits that the move requires.

    Executive coaching

For senior managers and executives working through bigger decisions, team leadership, stakeholder conversations, board-level responsibilities and the pressure that comes with a wider role.

    [How it works]

We start with the situation, not a formula.

    01

    Tell me what’s going on

The first call is simply to understand the situation, what you want to change, and whether coaching is the right fit.

    02

    Define the real question

We separate the main issue from the noise around it and agree on what a useful outcome would look like.

    03

    Work on the real situation

We use your actual interview, promotion, decision, team challenge or transition — not a generic exercise disconnected from your work.

    04

    Take it back to work

The value of a session is what changes afterwards. You leave with a decision, conversation, preparation step or action to apply in the real world.

    [From clients]

The messages I’m happiest to receive.

Thank God, I signed the contract at the salary I wanted. After God, the credit is yours — you taught me how to negotiate.

I had the interview and prayed for you. They called me — they accepted me. Honestly, I still can’t believe it.

    Accepted after the interview

After the sessions and valuable advice, I started in a department that had been one of my dreams — and the interviews keep coming.

    Start with the question

Tell me what you’re trying to solve.

If coaching can help, I’ll explain how I’d approach it. If it isn’t the right tool for the situation, I’ll tell you that too.
